A study of the subjectivity for the perception on the aged people in the nursing students

ABSTRACT
The abstract is to investigate the subjectivity on the aged people perceived by the nursing university students and to describe the characteristics by types so as to classify the aged population, using Q method. To 36 nursing students inhabiting in South Choongchung Province, they were asked to classify 38 sentences related to the aged people. Collected data were analyzed by QUANL PC Program. Upon the study results, three types were classified on the aged people whom nursing students perceived. They were ‘weak solitude type,’ ‘retired type of economic activity,’ and ‘continuous growth type.
