Effects of Social Support and Turnover Intention on Stress Response of Sexual Harassment Counselor

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the social support and turnover intention of stressful response and the social support of sexual harassment counselor in college. The results of the study are as follows. First, social support and turnover intention were found to be correlated with stress response. Second, social support and turnover intention had a statistically significant effect on stress response. Third, social support was the most influential factor in the stress response of sexual harassment counselors in college, followed by major field and turnover. Stress response was found to have a negative relationship between social support and static relationship and turnover intention. It was found that the sexual harassment counselors were stressed by the work but they could lower their intention to leave through social support.
