ABSTRACT

College students are an important force in promoting economic and social development. The employment of college students is directly related to the harmony and stability of society and the prosperity of the country. Promoting the employment of college students is an important goal of higher education. This article studies the employment education of colleges and universities in the "trinity", The employment problem of college students is facing many tests, which has also caused the pressure on college employment management. To achieve good college student employment management, they need to fully understand the current situation of student employment under the "trinity" employment education, and then take corresponding measures. The employment guidance and selection measures to do a good job in the employment guidance of students, this is also a necessary way to ensure the good employment and long-term development of students. In the employment service work of college students, colleges and universities must adhere to the needs of college students' employment services as the orientation and highlight precise services. From the precise docking of the job market, precise services for employment guidance, the precise push of employment information, and precise tracking of employment data, a lot of effort has been made to effectively promote the employment of college students.
