ABSTRACT
This study is based on the questionnaire survey of the real estate feasibility evaluation system based on the system and practical problems of the real estate appraisal system, The results of suggestions for improvement are as follows. First, it is necessary to expand the public confidence in the institutional basis of the appraisal industry. Second, comparing the difference between the level of credibility that the appraisal industry thinks and the level of credibility that the general public thinks is caused by the problems and obstacles to the credibility of the appraisal industry. Third, policy and economic functions for increasing public confidence should be emphasized. Finally, the appraisal monitoring system was introduced.
