Abstract

According to the problem of corn’s cultivation, the paper’s goal is to achieve the requirements of maize single grain oriented pellet seeding. the paper refers De Meiya 1, Longdan 47 and Xianyu 335 as research subjects so as to develop a kind of vibration directional sorting device for maize buds suitable for cold planting and analyze the process of maize seed bud on vibration plate from the mechanical point, which aims to achieve targeted orientation of corn buds arranged through the vibration plate and guide plate and other structures. The results show that:vibration plate angle , the guide plate angle , the vibration direction angle , the amplitude and the friction angle are all related to the steering arrangement, and the orientation ratio of the designed directional sorting device is more than 90%.
