    Abstract

Using measured data that field observation of saltation activity was carried out at Tazhong area, the hinterland area of the Taklimakan Desert with highly frequent dust storms. From july 2010 to August 2010,a piezoelectric saltation sensor (Sensit) was used to continuously collect the data on saltation activity at a level sand surface and including 10m meteorological towers、high precision sand instrument, in Tazhong area of the sand instrument, instrument efficiency and levels of dust flux was studied and 5cm high level of dust flux are calculated. Analysis on the data suggests that sand hit the number and set optimum relations for the linear relationship between sediment,R mean 0.7702.Sand instrument efficiency for an average of 5cm height 118.1%,by previous research, combined with the test, proposes a simple and fast calculation of levels of dust flux formula:Q=256M,calculated by the formula, the dust level flux value is 190.3351Kg,the minimum value of 6.8129Kg.In the study of wind-blown sand movement and sediment transport rate and high degree of relationship between the reliability of direct observations depends on the trap instrument. Therefore, the sand instrument for Aeolian research is of great significance in the field.
