Abstract

As a result of the changes in the defense environment and the reduction of synergistic forces, the structure of our troops has been gradually reduced to 1146,000 by the end of the 12th year by 2022, while the Navy, Marines and Air Force to maintain 522,000 people. In particular, the plan is to increase the number of non-military personnel by 37,000. In this environment, there are two main reasons for the establishment of the RNTC group in the college. First, the reduction of the number of military personnel and the acquisition of superior officers due to the sharpening of military weapons are the main objectives.
